Here is a character design idea from a great series of books by asimov, called the foundation series. In the book the characters are hardly described, and only as wearing the most simple gray neutrals.I had an idea of a guy covered in all kinds of muted grey fabrics . The character is a guy called Hober Mallow. i think the book he's in is called Foundation and Empire. the only part described in the book is the personal force shield that he wears around his neck which is described as a walnut or something like that....
